During the training, he builds on the interactions that occur between participants, adding knowledge and coaching experience. Seeks opportunities to apply the conclusions developed in the participants’ professional environment. His training is 60% experience time, 20% emotion, and 20% hard knowledge. This way of dividing work time takes into account the regularities of the group process according to Lewin and the regularities of adult learning according to Kolb. It enables the acquisition of skills, the effective absorption of knowledge and the formation of a positive attitude towards the subject of training, which is a prerequisite for the implementation of new skills and content in the real working environment.
Specialization
Train The Trainers
Training for coaches and those preparing for the stage, conference room or public speaking are clearly an eyesore for Iwa.
During training for people working with groups, he uses all his experience and is willing to share proven methods and tools of work.
The more than ten years he has spent in the training room allows him to call himself an expert in the field of working with groups.
Interpersonal communication and relationship building in the NVC model
The idea of becoming a workshop trainer appeared in Ivo’s mind almost twenty years ago, when, as a teenager, he took part in communication training led by E. Soltys. Since then, the need to explore the arcana of interpersonal relationships has not diminished making Iwa an expert on everything that happens between people in a relationship.
In communication training, he relies on elements of awareness, prioritizing attitudes and beliefs over techniques and tools. This makes it possible to achieve lasting changes not only in participants’ behavior, but also in their thinking.
Management
Iwo built his experience from working for large corporations (Empik sp. Z o.o., Newell Rubbermaid), through large companies (Telbridge sp. z o.o.), medium and small companies (DKT Polska, Bedeker) to administrative entities (Park Slaski).
Today, his diverse experience in managerial positions allows him to create attractive and effective leadership training programs dedicated to bosses, managers and directors.
On a daily basis, he works with executives at every level from shift leaders to managing directors.
Personal development
Iwo also specializes in processes that develop the participant’s individual competencies. These are trainings dedicated to anyone who works with people on a daily basis and has a need to know themselves and their capabilities better. And he also wants to better manage his potential.
