It all started with a single course creator and a big problem

It all started with pedagogy, a field of study that is chosen by many by chance, while for us it was a priority. We both felt somewhere under the skin that education really had a deep meaning. The question of how to organize the learning process so that it is truly effective, i.e. aimed at a tangible change visible to the naked eye, and not just expressed in terms of a grade on a certificate, did not give us peace of mind. Imagine being on a student trip in California and instead of drinking beer with our peers after work at a restaurant, we were doing research at K12. And now realize that we have obtained information from nearly 300 students about their motivators for learning, the organization of the system, the goals set, the method of evaluation and assessment of results.

There we learned in practice what it means to working with a team. We also understood who the real facilitator. It was there that the concept of what he might become in the future began to germinate in our minds E-learning Designer.

We came back from the US and our life since then has been constantly directed towards bringing news from the training industry to people. In 2009, we really wondered if this is what education is seriously supposed to look like? And do we want to enter like lambs into these structures?

We knew that at 24 years old, we could offer and demand more from the tools that education has. We were also familiar with the theoretical elaborations of various educational concepts, and could not quietly watch people bore people in the name of education. We felt it was nothing more than a waste of time and an eyesore.

That’s why in 2009 we established the 11 Muses Innovation in Culture Foundation.

Although Greek culture brought us the 9 muses as an inspiration for culture, we knew that the media, (cinema, television) have a huge impact on shaping culture today. By 2020, we had more than 800 graduates Coaching course Level I.

In the meantime, we have conducted hundreds of trainings, workshops for diverse groups, from facilitation social to business sessions, training for corporations, cultural centers, those small and large. Join our community of trainers and bring innovative teaching methods. We are here to help each other together.

Our courses that allow you to develop your own in the future managerial training or trainer course will take on a whole new dimension. All you have to do is create the didactics of the XXII century together!

Trainsers are from the future. Be a part of it!

We are the trainers. We are the people.

How did it start?

We could say that as the founders of trainers.org, training preparation and teaching methods are in our blood. We met while studying Pedagogy at the University of Lodz in 2005. Soon after, in the summer of 2007, we were already learning in practice from American didacticians what a Learning Designer and facilitator should be during a summer vacation in California. The time spent in the US gave us the wind in our wings. At the age of 23 we found ourselves in the European Parliament, where we were seconded by the Polesie Art Center. There we implemented the SALTO-YOUTH project, Youth in action, which brought together young people from 3 countries in a social dialogue. Then, in 2008, we began to gain practical knowledge of what facilitation and group work is.

Under the guidance of mentors from France and Germany, we learned our craft. For the rest of her life, Karolina will remember Brigitte’s practical advice, who taught her in the halls of the European Parliament in Strasbourg to listen patiently, without jumping to conclusions, to ask the right questions and then make inferences. An important development on the way to an effective working with the team was also to take part in Jugendhearing in Stuttgart. These were the most valuable lessons of facilitation. We were almost kids then! In 2009, we established our foundation, 11 Muses. Innovation in Culture. In 2011, we wrote an original program Coaching Course I degree (there were II degrees), which lasted 5 days (40 hours) and cost as much “as you can give.” We wanted to derail the elitism of the coaching, training profession. Give people a chance to start a career in this profession without having to spend tens of thousands. Our Course was fast, but also shocking in value – we have always relied on expert and experiential forms of work. Even today, years later, by our graduates, the methods used then are called “ruminations,” meaning: “feel for yourself, then exchange reflections, develop conclusions by considering multiple perspectives, and apply once again in your coaching life.” We found our fans very quickly and had more than 120 graduates in the first year. We were most excited about our proprietary training design methodology – then called Training Strategy Analysis (Today, Strategy Based Teaching Canva). This allowed us to quickly build the 11 Muses coaching school brand. By 2020, we had more than 800 graduates of the Level I Course. In the meantime, we have conducted hundreds of training courses, workshops for diverse groups. From social facilitation to business sessions, training for corporations. Then came more learning opportunities. One of them was certainly participation in the Regional Social Economy Incubator. At that time, the organization began to conduct more and more training and we learned how to effectively solve problems in a team Training, which continues to grow. Organizing trainer’s course with high intensity (at its peak, the team consisted of 88 people and we completed 6,500 hours of training), we took part in more events, such as. UN Global Compact. Since 2016, a new form of business is emerging. Karolina is beginning to work more closely with the academic community.

Teaches lecturers what methods he works with facilitator, stimulating group work and problem-based learning at technical universities. Implements the Case Study method in teaching engineers. He suggests how to activate a group of students using the method Problem Based Learning In teaching. It shows how to conduct engaging academic activities, with attention to quality of teaching According to academic standards. It prepares lecturers to conduct didactics in line with student expectations, i.e. with a focus on practical problem-based teaching.

From 2020 company organization Receives many significant awards, including: E-Gazelles of Business. Eagles of Innovation. This is a consequence of the recognition of many clients, towards whom, an individual approach to the needs and possibilities of implementing changes has always prevailed and finally, the founders have the chance to meet the President of Poland at an event dedicated to Start-ups, where, with the support of the Polish Development Fund, the activities of the International Trainers and Facilitator Federation are recognized as a poncjal for scalable activities in the EdTech industry.

Since 2022, we have been working hard to improve the trainers.org platform. We are convinced that the didactics of the future is the one that will take place online. So, if you are looking for innovative people, then know that we have been crushing the ossified conventions of education of trainers, educators, leaders with madness in our eyes. Innovation runs in our blood. We don’t allow something to solidify for too long, we don’t allow ourselves to get used to it… We don’t stay in awe for too long, we discuss with authority, we ask “why?” We are always looking for better ways, but always with respect for the person, empathetic to their needs and capabilities. We know that education is at the service of people, and teachers without the right attitudes, but also the tools to implement change, are helpless. We also know that education pulls people out of every crisis. You have to be prepared for change, and this happens in the process of adaptation, which is made faster through education. Today we are putting in your hands a platform where we have gathered our experience in working with groups on the road to implementing change. You will find a path according to your preferences. Everything you need in one place, given bluntly, without unnecessary embellishment – so that you can act effectively.

Trainsers are focused on the future. We believe that the training methods of tomorrow are for implementation today. There is no group for which innovative solutions cannot be prepared. Whether it is a teacher training course or a management course, it can always be implemented in such a way that it achieves one hundred percent of its goal. Our power to create new teaching systems knows no bounds. For us, good training [kurs prowadzenia szkoleń] is a work of art. We welcome to the trainers anyone who wants to change the face of didactics in their environment. Together, we are creating a federation of trainers who are implementing tomorrow's training today!

Today we bring you the didactics of tomorrow! Join the trainers!

Learning Designer not only prepares technological solutions for the education process. We believe that more can be demanded in this area, such as knowledge of the mechanisms of motivation to learn, or how to acquire knowledge. For us, it is a person whose job is to create a system that allows the trainee to reach his maximum potential. A good Facilitator recognizes the team's resources, learns about the challenges, and is able to lead to constructive solutions using methods that help move from problem to solution. The coach will develop with the client new ways to get to the goal. In our understanding, this is work based not on theory, but practice! We believe in the future, which is why we are constantly looking for cutting-edge teaching methods to be a forerunner in didactics. The modern teacher, at a time when access to knowledge is not a hassle, also needs to move into the role of a master who, using problem-based learning, develops the practical skills and competencies of his students or pupils.
