Training of Trainers – Intro
During the training (at this level) you will learn what the effectiveness of training is and what qualities a good trainer should have. You will also learn why it is so important to consider the needs of trainees.
Subsequent lessons are devoted to different aspects of the trainer’s personality, such as extroversion, introversion, a tendency to be open to new experiences, conscientiousness, and agreeableness and nervousness.
Training of Trainers – Funamentals
During this training (at this level), you will learn about different learning styles, including the VAKT and Kolb models, as well as the importance of self-efficacy, motivation, mood and experience in the subject. You will also learn how to organize and conduct effective training sessions, including open and closed sessions, and how to understand group dynamics and decision-making processes. The training covers the process of adult learning, identifying the needs of target groups and setting and achieving goals through various teaching methods. You will also learn how to build better arguments, recognize non-arguments and identify and avoid nonsense. Finally, you will receive tips on preparing effective presentations and self-assessment to improve your personal skills.
Training of Trainers – Advanced
During the training (at this level) you will learn a variety of skills and techniques that will help you develop your competencies and attitudes. Examples of good and bad practices and an atmosphere conducive to learning will be discussed.
You will learn how to deal with mistakes and how to design and plan learning. Practicing the skills in practice and identifying the goals and attitudes you want to learn will also be important.
You will learn about organizational, logistical, implementation and content determinants, as well as relationship research. Ways to design the development of your competencies and attitudes will also be discussed, as well as observation and analysis techniques.
During the training you will have the opportunity to learn how to deal with difficult situations and how to build motivation to achieve goals. You will also learn about different roles in a team and discuss ways to improve argumentation, including through the use of argumentative feedback.
