Education:

Business trainer in the areas of leadership and interpersonal communication, facilitator, mediator, expert in change management and business process optimization, with many years of experience in leadership positions in the areas of HR, Change Management and Organization Development in a multinational household appliance company. Certified trainer, mediator in the spirit of Agreement without Violence, graduate of the School of Facilitators at the Jagiellonian University and the School of Transactional Analysis of the Encounter Group.
