He specializes in the Evidence Based Training stream. He consults companies on learning culture. He trains, supported by scientific research in the areas of learning (learning) in adulthood, motivation, leadership and good managerial practices.

Education:

By education – a master’s degree in automotive, but already in college he discovered that training would be the area to which he would devote his professional life. As part of his student activities, he participated in hundreds of hours of training to, over time, establish a training section, developing coaching skills and serving as the HR department for several hundred student organizations and study circles at the university. After graduation, he pursued academic research in the areas of project management and gamification, and finally opened a doctoral dissertation on training effectiveness at Kozminski University. During his four-year doctoral studies, he conducted research in the area of participant and trainer behaviors in training that affect effectiveness, investigated the determinants of motivation to participate in training, and looked for ways to increase the effectiveness of online training during the pandemic. In one experiment, he even attempted to determine participants’ reactions to what was happening in training by gaining insights directly into their brain waves, but the technology in this area is still too sensitive to allow research during dynamic training. Graduate of three trainer schools, including Entrepreneurship Training of Trainers at Lund University. Certified trainer of the five-factor personality model PERSO.in. Graduate of numerous courses improving coaching competencies in a variety of areas, including debriefing, coaching, conducting training needs analysis, difficult situations in the training room, designing training activities, creating long-term training programs, effective follow-up activities, public speaking, storytelling, working with beliefs.

Experience:

He has been training professionally since 2014. Initially focused on supporting start-up entrepreneurs, over time it shifted its activities to the area of corporate training. He has worked, among others. With PepsiCo, BMW, Brain.ly, AXA, Generali, ING, T-mobile, or Unilever. In recent years, he has refined his professional mission: “Changing how the world learns.” It included additional initiatives that are now an important part of his professional activities. In pursuing its mission, it seeks to redefine and improve the ways in which we learn every day. He does consulting work with companies, developing a culture of learning at work. In this regard, he has also worked with the European Commission and the UN. He designs his development products: speeches, trainings, workshops, books, articles, podcasts, or micro-learning materials to incorporate scientific research and his own experience of how people really learn today and what they need to make that learning work. One of the results of this approach was the HR2022 conference, where speakers appeared in short forms, sharing specific solutions to specific problems. The first edition of this event attracted more than 4,000 participants. The second element of the “Changing how the world learns” mission is to make sure that people learn what is most relevant. In carrying out this mission, it promotes scientific research in the broad area of People Science, dispelling myths, or updating managerial knowledge on issues such as motivation, teamwork, productivity, or wellbeing. As part of this activity, he writes articles, hosts the Science of Business podcast, and speaks at conferences. He has repeatedly won the award for the best speech at conferences, and for his lifelong activities popularizing scientific research, he made it to VISION EU’s list of 15 key adult education influencers in Europe.
